Refunds Details

Refund Procedure

If the order is canceled before dispatching, then the full amount with the delivery price will be returned. But in case, the order is canceled after dispatch then the amount after reduction of delivery charges will be paid back to the buyer’s account.

Cancellation of order:

If customers change their mind, then they can have an option to cancel the order. There may be two cases.

1) If you cancel the order before the dispatching then the entire amount will be refunded along with delivery charges.

2) If you inform us about the cancellation of the order after its dispatching then the amount after deduction of delivery charges will be refunded.

Failed to deliver:

The delivered product needs permission that the product is delivered to the right individual. This confirmation takes place in the form of the autograph of the customer. If you are not home, our courier will try to reach you by calling you three times. If you are not still there, then the courier will bring the product back to us and the amount after removal of delivery charges will be paid back to the buyer’s account. If you want to buy the same item again and don’t want a refund, you will have to pay back delivery charges.

Exchange or returning the Defective Items:

If you find any shortcoming in the delivered item, please call our customer support immediately. We will ask our courier to take back the item or you can use a regional courier to return us the faulty article. After receiving and analyzing the shortcoming of the delivered product, we will give you the option of refund or exchange. We will refund or exchange the product only in case you inform us immediately. Any late return request will not be conferred. The returned product must be new and must be in actual packing.

Non-Defective Items:

If you find that the delivered product is not according to your needs, you can return the item within 2 days of purchase. In this case, we will only deduct delivery charges and pay back the left amount to you.
